標記の件について募集がありましたので、お知らせいたします。希望者はGoogleformから申請してください。GoogleフォームにはDCメールアドレスでログインしてください。2025年10月に博士後期課程に進学する者は、博士後期課程の学籍番号を記載し申請してください。新しい学籍番号は10月1日に確認できます。

※Googleフォームからの申請が完了するとすぐにGoogleフォームから申請者のDCメールアドレスに受付完了の自動送信メールが届きます。申請したにもかかわらず自動送信メールが届かない場合は、直ちに教務室へお知らせください。

※研究計画書・エッセイ、推薦書はPDF形式でGoogleフォームにアップロードしてください。

※推薦書は、以下1～3の手順により提出してください。
　1．教務係掲示板から推薦書の様式をダウンロードする。
　2．指導教員に推薦書の様式を渡し、作成を依頼する。
　3．指導教員より作成してもらった推薦書をGoogleフォームにアップロードする。

We are pleased to announce that we have received a call for applications for the project described above. If you wish to apply, please fill out the Google Form. The Google Form is needed to login with your Tohoku University email address. Applicants who will enter the doctoral course in October 2025 should apply with the student ID number of the doctoral course. The new student ID number will be available on October 1st.

*When uploading Research Plan and Essay and recommendation to the Googleforms, please upload in PDF format.

*Please follow steps 1-3 below to submit the recommendation form.
1.Download the recommendation form from the bulletin board from the Instruction Section.

2.Give the recommendation form to your academic advisor and ask him/her to prepare it for you.

3.Upload the recommendation form prepared by your academic advisor to Google Forms.
