Prof. Pornanon Niyomkha Horikawa, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics,Tohoku University, and currently the Vice President of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (Thailand), received the “Tohoku University International Award”.

The Tohoku University International Award praises individuals associated with Tohoku University who are active abroad.

The winners were announced at the Tohoku University 115th Anniversary Celebration held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, and Prof. Pornanon Niyomkha Horikawa gave an online acceptance speech.
