My current research agenda@(interests) is four folds:

1. Management of global product development

-Globalization process of product development function (especially into emerging markets, by Japanese and Korean MNCs)

-Product development capability building process of overseas units

-Product localization in emerging markets

-Strategic options in global product development

2.Language strategy and knowledg transfer

-How language choice and usage of MNCs affect knowledge transfer (especially among Headquarters and overseas units)

-Effects of Englishization in Japanese organizations

-How languae choice of overseas units affect its organizational performances

3. Inpatriates and knowledge transfer

-Effectiveness of inpatriation in tacit knowlege transfer among headquarters and overseas units

-Comparative analysis on purposes and performances of inpatriates of Western and Japanese MNCs

4. Qualitative Research Methodology

- How to design and execute a scientific case study in IB
